How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation with the order details and a tracking number.

Of course, you can track shipping of all products within your account on healthyhouseclub.com:

  1. Go to www.healthyhouseclub.com or any page on our website.

  2. Login in to your account at the top menu or footer "Login" links - use the email and password you created when placing your order.

  3. Your customer dashboard will be displayed.

  4. Click the "Orders" button in the main menu or in the main dashboard area - all of your orders will be displayed.

  5. Click the order you wish to track - Your Order Details will be displayed.

  6. Click "Order History" - Your Order History will be displayed along with the current status.

  7. Click "Shipment Tracking" link to view details of your order: location, estimated time or delivery, etc.

* Please be aware that no shipping tracking information will appear for an order until it ships from our manufacturing plant.

* Also, when clicking the shipping tracking link, you may get a response of “tracking number not found.” This occurs when the shipping notification is sent out prior to the package being scanned at the carrier’s terminal. If this happen, wait a few hours and it should then show your tracking progress.

To place an online order

To place an order by phone

Pick up the phone and give us a call at (850) 997-1702 between 8am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please have your credit card information ready.

To place an order by mail

To order by mail, you can send a money order or check. We suggest you do not send a credit card through the mail service for your own security. To make a purchase through the mail, please provide all the necessary information needed to complete your order:

  1. Your Full Name

  2. The exact products (including quantities) you intend to purchase

  3. Complete Billing Address

  4. Complete Shipping Address (if different from billing)

  5. Email

  6. Phone number (please provide this in case we have questions about your order)

What Is Your Guarantee Policy?

We fully guarantee ALL of our products. If for some reason you are not happy with any item you purchase from HealthyHouseClub.com, you may exchange or return it for a full refund.

How long does it take for my product to be shipped to me?

What if one of your products doesn’t work for me?

You can return or exchange any of our products within 60 days of purchase. With product returns, you will receive a full refund.

At Healthy House Club, shipping is always 100% Free, so we will cover the shipping fees for any refunds or exchanges.

If you still want an exchange or refund after contacting us, please submit your request in your user account next to the product purchased. In the refund/exchange form, please clearly state if you prefer a refund or a product exchange.

Once we process your request, we will provide a UPS shipping label which will allow you to easily return your product to us at no charge to you. You will be able to find the UPS shipping label within your account on our website, and this label can be easily printed. Once we receive the product, we will initiate your exchange or refund.

To receive a refund, the product must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise (usually within 24-48 hours after we receive the product).

Warranty Exchanges

Many of our products have warranties which allow you to exchange your product for a pro-rated fee. You can see the warranty details for each product on the product details page of this website. The warranty exchange process works the same way as a standard exchange/return:

Simply submit your request in your user account next to the product purchased. In the refund/exchange form, please clearly state that you wish to complete a warranty exchange. Within a short time, we will send you an invoice for the pro-rated warranty rate. Once you pay this invoice, we will provide a return shipping label so you can send us your original product. Once we receive this product, we will send you your new product.
